Our 11th Wedding Anniversary

[note for 29th May 2009]

Eleven years ago today...my wonderful husband and I got married!!
Before that I knew him for 7 years, that would be eighteen years together.

We have celebrated with a simple dinner, my dear hubby cut a mini "tumpeng" , it is a cone shaped yellow rice surrounded by assorted of dishes.

People say 11th year is symbolic to "steel". We hope our married will be stronger as a steel.

We have a little pet names "Lulu". She is very cute guinea pig. She is 3.5 years old now. She loves to eat carrot, fresh veggie, hays... Every morning and evening time, she will wait at the side of cage for us...of course waiting for foods ...
She learns quite fast and recognize her name when we call her.
She also understand for little request when I asked her to do "circle", or when she out playing, I can call her to come nearby. She is a good "listener" when we talk to her.. she looks quiet and try to listen what we are talking.

There was a time she was sick, having a stomach upset. We took care of her for more than a week till she's well. It seems like because there were some veggies not fresh.
After that incident, she knows which veggie that is not fresh. For example, she loves carrot .. but when the carrot is not fresh, she does not want to eat.. Isn't she smart?

1001 Reasons

Sometimes thinking and wondering how is the feeling to have a baby and watching baby grows day by day. It must be wonderful experience....

Some of peoples said that I am lucky because no children , can enjoy life , spend $$ to anything that I want. When they said that, my heart feel pain and empty. Why they make comparison with other when they are not in that position?

Went back to past … after few years married and we have no kid yet, many peoples judge us with many statements.
“you must be too tired.. why need to work? “
“why both of you work? try to get more $$ ?? ”
“who’s fault? “

Or some of the peoples judge us that we do not want to have a kid….

Some of the statements made our ears red… ( I just hate it when heard all those “funny” statements)

I am consider lucky that I stay in the country who most of the people are not a “busy body” . Does not judge, blame or attack other people personal problem.
Most of my friends are very helpful and understand what I have been through with fertlity problem.

Thinking further, why we want to have a kid.. for me, I want to feel become a mother, how to take care from small baby until grow-up. give love , protection, give the best for them, but of course do not spoil them ..
When they grow-up, want to share goodness, have fun together, travel, give a good knowledge, etc .. (I guess there are more things.. )

Out of that , I also want to have experience when the kid throws tantrum, when suddenly stubborn, does not follow what we ask for, or when they are having bad day. I want to be around and give the best way to resolve whatever problem is.

Well, can say there are 1001 reasons why we want to have a kid…
It sounds like day dreaming for me..

We are still waiting for you baby…

holding hands with little girl, she's whispering to me " would you be my mom ? " .. whispered back to her and hug her, yes, i would be happy to be your mommy...
